For some unknown reason ;-) the Zinc.py module is not part of this distribution. As a temporary fix here is the file Zinc.py

Tkzinc.dmg, Dmg containing a Tkzinc.app bundle. Launch the app and type demo in the Tcl console to get the usual demo. The Tcl path is automatically adjusted to request the Tkzinc and Tkimg which are included in the bundle. Let me know if you find it useful.
