October 26 2006: Here is the new Tkzinc 3.3.4 version. It features a native port to Mac OS X, that is, you do not need a X11 server running anymore. That said, the port is not complete. Stippling and clipping are missing when in -render 0 mode (Quartz). The documentation has been improved (hopefully) with a lateral navigation bar and sectional highlights. A new item attribute -catchevent has been added to control how items react to events. Other than that, it is mainly a bug fix release.

17 June 2005: The new 3.3.2 version is out. It features an updated python binding by Guillaume Vidon and a new c++ library binding contributed by Intuilab. The windows version gets a windows installer package for Active Tcl/Perl/Python. Other than that this version is mainly for bug fixes (and some memory leak fixes), the windows port getting more mature.
10 June 2005: The CVS database is now open. This allows a public access to the very last version of all Tkzinc sources. IntuiLab sponsors this CVS.
2 June 2005: The Bugzilla database is now open for posting and managing Tkzinc bugs. Bugs report are welcomed. IntuiLab sponsors this bugzilla.
19 May 2005: In the course of the development of IntuiKit by our company IntuiLab, we developed a C++ API to Tkzinc. This wrapper gives access to functions of Tkzinc for opening/closing of a Tkzinc window, creating/destroying items, using colour gradients, events, access to the mainloop... directly in C++ by hiding the use of Tk. This source code (as well as samples and tests) will be hopefully distributed with the next release of Tkzinc (3.3.2) by Patrick Lecoanet. We choose the same licence than Tkzinc, ie LGPL. The C++ API does not fully cover all Tkzinc functions, but most of them can be easily extended (e.g. the access of some ATC items currently not wrapped such as track, waypoint, tabular...). We hope this wrapper may be interesting for some of you...
