Now gradually expose them to the light again. Try this several times per day and see how your vision improves.

Another thing that can be done to improve eyesight is to eliminate objects or tools you use on a daily basis that can cause eye strain.

If you work at a computer for long hours that can be a problem. You can get a bigger screen and that will help. You can make the font of the letters bigger and that will help lessen how much you have to strain to see.
